Embroidered items are made to order and due to high volume orders recently processing times have been extended to 4-7 weeks, I try my absolute best to get them before the 4 week time frame. 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds. If the wrong case was ordered please message me and we can arrange for the correct case to be sent for a reshipping fee. 

If there is any mistake with your order on my end at all, please message me or at haizco.orders@gmail.com with photos and I will fix your order as soon as possible!
