How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location, but here are some general time frames when choosing USPS first class at checkout.
US: 3-5 business days
International: 7-21 business days
please note: this is after your order has been shipped and you’ve received your tracking number by email. all items are handmade and made to order.
What’s are your processing times?
Embroidery: due to the high volume orders that we have been receiving lately processing times are 4-7 weeks. I try my absolute best to get them out before the 4 week time frame. Each embroidered item is made to order and can take about 1-2 hrs to produce. I am working hard to keep our turnaround time very short and will be in the near future!
phone cases: 1-7 business days (if ordering only phone cases)
other apparel(non embroidery): 1-4 weeks
Do you offer custom embroidered sweatshirts?
We do not at the moment. We have too many orders to get through right now, but in the future it is definitely something we would love to offer!

You don’t have my phone model can I still order?
Unfortunately not at this time, but leave us an email with your phone model and we will try our best to add it soon!
I need my order by a specific date for a trip/gift/etc and can’t wait the processing time what can I do?
Please add the “rush my order” item to your order and in the notes section in your cart please state when you need your order by. Please note I still need 1-5 business days to make your order(depending on how many embroidered items that are in your order), but it will be pushed to the front and will be worked on right away.
I have not received my order and it’s been 5 days.
The shipping time is separate from processing time to make your order. The 3-5 business time frame is with USPS once your order has been shipped and dropped off.
My order says delivered, but I still have not received my order.
Please check your surrounding areas where the postman might have left the package. Check with a neighbor to make sure it wasn’t left with them. Sometimes USPS scans in a package as delivered and they have not yet been able to deliver it, wait a few days or so and if it does not show up then contact your local post office.
I ordered the wrong phone case and it does not fit my phone.
Please send us a message with your order number. We do not offer exchanges or returns, but we can get you the correct phone size if you’re willing to pay for shipping to ship the correct case to you.
