No returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

After an order is placed we cannot cancel. Due to covid-19 we cannot offer exchanges or returns. 

Please do contact haizco.orders@gmail.com in the case you were sent the wrong item. (i.e. you ordered an iphone11 and received iPhone 7/8/SE or ordered a small and received a medium.) I will quickly send you the correct item! No need to send back the wrong item. 

HOWEVER please double-check the phone case size you selected at checkout is correct as that is the case that will be sent. Once again returns and exchanges are not available. 

Please make sure your address and email are correct. In the case that you input the wrong address please contact us IMMEDIATELY as after you receive the shipping confirmation email we can no longer fix the address. If returned to sender due to incorrect address there is a fee for reshipping your items.
